Philippine Land Group, Inc. started building homes in Pampanga July 1, 2006. As the demand for our quality homes grew from Grandview Heights I, it had expanded to Grandview Heights 2.

Grandview Heights 2 has a total of 211 housing units, which 65 were programmed for Phase 1, henceforth, the construction of 146 housing units for Phase 2 to 4.

On February 23, 2007, it initiated building four (4) model housing units for Phase 1 followed with the construction of the duplex and loftable styles.
